Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Julep strain into glass.

Dubonnet - Dubonnet is a sweet aromatised wine based aperitif it is a blend of fortified wine herbs and spices.

Bitters Pick Me Up Kenny - Pick Me Up Kenny Bitters is made by steeping cane spirit with angostura and orange and lemon peel with chireta and chamomile flowers and connamon cardamon and caraway seeds.

Bentley Limousine is nummy heavy cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml vodka and 30ml brandy apple with 30ml dubonnet as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Julep strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
