Method
  1. Place the ice into glass.
  2. Add the coconut and vodka.
  3. Pour in the lemonsoda.
  4. Sprinkle the blue curacao on top.

Belgian Blue is reviving full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml coconut liqueur and 15ml vodka with 15ml curacao blue as well as 40ml lemon soda including 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place the ice into glass then add the coconut and vodka and pour in the lemonsoda. Sprinkle the blue curacao on top and served in a highball glass cold.
