Method
  1. Use ice cold glass.
  2. Add in ouce of melon juice.
  3. Pour in the sparkling white wine.
  4. Sprinkle melon liqueur on top.

Bel Air is energizing watered down cocktail at 0.2 standard drinks. Layered with 15ml melon liqueur arrow and 30ml honeydew melon juice with 55ml sparkling wine white sweet and best with lunch. Just use ice cold glass then add in ouce of melon juice and pour in the sparkling white wine. Sprinkle melon liqueur on top and served in a flute glass cold.
