BeiDou is enjoyable weak cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml baijiu fenjiu 30years and 30ml candied kumquat with 190ml tea yellow and best with morning tea snacks. Just warm servin glass and brew tea then thin slice candied kimquat and add baijiu to warm glass. Drop in candied kimquat and stir in the yellow tea and good with sesame huangqiao and served in a coffee glass warm.
