Beer Brew - Beer is brewed from grains commonly malted barley though wheat maize and rice with an alcohol level between 2 to 12 percent and dates back to 2050 BC.

Champagne - Champagne is sparkling wine or in EU countries legally only that sparkling wine which comes from the Champagne region of France.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Bedlam Bay is invigorating smooth cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 85ml beer brew and 85ml champagne with 130ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place the ice into glass then add in the beer and pour in the champagne and served in a goblet glass cold.
