Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice.
Add pisco to glass.
Pur in lime and sugar syrup.
Splash in pepper sauce.
Top with beer.
Garnis with lime round.

Pisco - Pisco is a colorless or yellowish to amber brandy made by distilling fermented grape into a high proof spirit.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Tabasco Habanero Pepper Sauce - Tabasco habanero sauce has 7000 to 8000 scoville heat units and is a strong habanero chili flavour with peppers papaya mango and spices this Caribbean style sauce and very high scoville rating.

Beer - Beer is brewed from cereal grains most commonly from malted barley though wheat maize and rice are also used and has an alcohol level between 4 to 6 percent.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Beach Affairs is drinkable full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml pisco and 10ml lime juice with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 10ml tabasco habanero pepper sauce including 30ml beer also 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just fill glass with ice then add pisco to glass and pur in lime and sugar syrup. Splash in pepper sauce and top with beer and garnis with lime round and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
