Method - Stirred - Warm

Brew strong tea.
Warm glass.
Add trukish raki to glass.
Pour in warm tea.
Stir in a little honey for taste.

Raki Yeni Raki - Raki is a typically Anatolian product with a cultural legacy and beyond. There is no clear answer to the question of who first made Raki. Yeni Raki as we know it today is the product of an evolution that has developed over centuries.

Honey - Bees produce honey from the sugary secretions of plants or other insects through regurgitation enzymatic activity and water evaporation. Honey is stored in wax structures called honeycombs.

Tea Yellow - Yellow tea is similar to that of normal tea but with an added step of encasing and steaming the tea this also gives the leaves a slightly yellow coloring.

Bayraktar is scrummy medium cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml raki yeni raki and 10ml honey with 110ml tea yellow and best with morning tea snacks. Just brew strong tea then warm glass and add trukish raki to glass. Pour in warm tea and stir in a little honey for taste and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
