Bawdsey Manor is fortifying mild cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml apple liqueur vedrenne and 150ml apple cider and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add the apple liqueur then stir in the apple cider and splash a little bitters on top and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
