Bavaroise a lEan is dainty watery cocktail with no alcohol. Stirred with 30ml capillaire syrup and 30ml water orange flower with 190ml water hot and served for or with tiffins. Just warm servin glass then add in the lemon peel and pour in the hot wter. Stir in the syrup and flower water and served in a coffee glass warm.
