Method - Blended - Cold

Add ice to blender.
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with candy rhubarb.
Very Palatable

Batidas Rhubarb is very palatable full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Blended with 60ml cachaca cachaca 51 and 50ml rhubarb juice with 50ml rhubarb pulp as well as 10ml rhubarb syrup including 130ml ice and served as or with a sorbet course. Just add ice to blender then add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with candy rhubarb and served in a goblet glass cold.
