Batidas Redcurrant is delightful full bodied cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Blended with 60ml cachaca abelha and 40ml wine redcurrant with 30ml redcurrant pulp as well as 30ml redcurrant juice including 10ml redcurrant syrup also 130ml ice and served as or with a sorbet course. Just add ice to blender then add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with redcurrant and served in a goblet glass cold.
