Method - Blended - Cold

Add ice to blender.
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with fig.

Fig Pulp - Figs cunt into small pices and made into a pulp.

Fig Syrup - Syrup made from figs sugar and water.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Fig - Ficus carica is an species of flowering plant in the mulberry family known as the common fig. It is the source of the fruit also called the fig and as such is an important crop in those areas where it is grown commercially.

Batidas Fig is rich full bodied cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Blended with 60ml cachaca gold engenho buriti and 50ml fig juice with 50ml fig pulp as well as 10ml fig syrup including 130ml ice and served as or with a sorbet course. Just add ice to blender then add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with fig and served in a goblet glass cold.
