Batidas Dragon is reviving full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Blended with 60ml cachaca ypica and 50ml dragon fruit juice with 50ml dragon fruit pulp as well as 10ml dragon fruit syrup including 130ml ice and served as or with a sorbet course. Just add ice to blender then add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with dragon fruit and served in a goblet glass cold.
