  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add in a few basil leafs.
  3. Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
  4. Fine strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel and basil leaf.

Basil South Side is heavenly strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml tequila blanco ghost and 30ml salers gentian aperitif with 30ml lime juice as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place ice into shaker then add in a few basil leafs and add ingredients into shaker over ice. Fine strain into glass and garnish with a lemon wheel and basil leaf and served in a saucer glass cold.
