Barbotage is energizing strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 15ml cognac remy martin vsop and 15ml orange liqueur giffard with 70ml champagne rose armand de brignac and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just use very cold glass then pour in half a pony of brandy cognac and add half a pony of orange liqueur. Pour in rose champagne and served in a flute glass cold.
