Method - Stirred - Cold

In a tumbler glass add ice cubes.
Pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass.
Dry stir well without ice.
Pour into glass over ice.
Dress top with amanatsu peel.

Stirred with 15ml amaro antico and 15ml amanatsu juice with 70ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just in a tumbler glass add ice cubes then pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass and dry stir well without ice. Pour into glass over ice and dress top with amanatsu peel and served in a highball glass cold.
