Barbican is divine very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml whisky vat 69 and 15ml whisky liqueur drambuie with 30ml passion fruit juice as well as 100ml ice and works well with savoury style foods. Just place ice into shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Prong strain into glass and dress top with cherry, and served in a saucer glass cold.
