Banzai is delightful very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin yuzu ukiyo and 30ml gin blossom ukiyo with 15ml vermouth blanco bottega as well as 15ml yuzu syrup including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and add one drop of grenadine into center of glass and served in a martini glass cold.
