Banana Boulevardier Cocktail

Banana Liqueur

Vermouth Sweet

Method - Stirred - Cold

Add half the ice to mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well.
Pour all into glass.
Top glass with ice.

Bourbon - Bourbon is a type of spirit alcohol distilled from maize or corn and rye and can be aged and comes in a number of colors from dark to light.

Banana Liqueur - Liqueur flavoured with bananas and strong yellow color and also comes in a green color.

Vermouth Sweet - Sweet vermouth also called Italian Vermouth is a fortified wine with an alcohol content of around 16 percent and a sugar content of around 14 to 15 percent.

Campari - Campari is an capsicum liqueur considered an aparitif obtained from the infusion of extract of capsicum herbs and fruit in alcohol and water. It is a bitter characterised by its dark red colour.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Banana Boulevardier is delightful very strong cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml bourbon and 15ml banana liqueur with 30ml vermouth sweet as well as 10ml campari including 100ml ice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well. Pour all into glass and top glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
