Method - Stirred - Warm

Warm glass and heat water.
Add in brandy and dram.
Pour in hot water.
Stir in honey and lemon juice.

Brandy Apple - Apple Brandy is a spirit produced by distilling apples into a strong wine and comes in many colors yet always apple flavour.

Allspice Dram Liqueur - Allspice Dram also known as pimento dram is an allspice flavored liqueur originally made in Jamaica.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Honey - Bees produce honey from the sugary secretions of plants or other insects through regurgitation enzymatic activity and water evaporation. Honey is stored in wax structures called honeycombs.

Water Hot - Hot water is a transparent tasteless odorless and nearly colorless chemical called H2O.

Bamboozler is exquisite average cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml brandy apple and 30ml allspice dram liqueur with 20ml lemon juice as well as 15ml honey including 140ml water hot and best with lunch. Just warm glass and heat water then add in brandy and dram and pour in hot water. Stir in honey and lemon juice and served in a coffee glass warm.
