Balche Mead is sabroso full bodied cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml mezcal aguas mansas and 120ml mead balche and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ounce of mezcal into glass then stir in the balche mead and served in a wine glass cold.
