  1. Add lemon peel to glass.
  2. Pour in the maraschino liqueur.
  3. Add sugar syrup and lighly muddle.

Built with 30ml maraschino liqueur stock and 60ml wine red claret with 80ml champagne brute armand de brignac as well as 20ml sugar syrup and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add lemon peel to glass then pour in the maraschino liqueur and add sugar syrup and lighly muddle. Stir in the red wine and champagne and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
