Bairiki is tasty strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 15ml curacao blue kavlana and 15ml vodka ice with 70ml sparkling wine white and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just used chilled flute glass then add blue curacao to glass and pour in vodka. Add sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
