Method
  1. Rim glass with syrup and grated chocolate.
  2. Add ice to shaker.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain into glass.
  6. Garnish with caramel syrup.

Baileys Butterball is reviving average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 15ml butterscotch liqueur and 45ml whisky cream with 30ml cream as well as 100ml ice and works well with savoury style foods. Just rim glass with syrup and grated chocolate then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass and garnish with caramel syrup and served in a saucer glass cold.
