Bew white tea and warm serving glass.
Add shot of baijiu to glass.
Pour in the white tea.

Baijiu Tusu 10year - Tusu Baijiu 10 year is aged in high fired terracotta pot for a minimum of 10 years made of our six type of top quality grain Sorghum Wheat Mung bean Corn Rice and Sticky Rice.

Bai Ze is delightful standard cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml baijiu tusu 10year and 10ml loquat syrup with 110ml tea white and best at tea time. Just bew white tea and warm serving glass then add shot of baijiu to glass and pour in the white tea. Stir in the loquat syrup and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
