Bahama Mama is palatable average cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 15ml rum spiced ratu 5year and 15ml rum 151 proof with 15ml coffee extract little drippa as well as 15ml coconut liqueur including 10ml lemon juice also 100ml pineapple juice together with 130ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to glass then add dark and proof rum to glass and pour in coffee and coconut liqueur. Add lemon juice and pour in pineapple juice and garnish with dried pineapple and served in a goblet glass cold.
