Backlash is extremely pleasant average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml jeppsons malort and 60ml soda water mineral with 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just pack ice into glass then add in the soda water and sprinkle the jeppsons malort on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
