Bacardi Buck is acidic full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum light white bacardi and 10ml orange liqueur with 10ml lemon juice as well as 50ml ginger ale soda including 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice then add white rum and add triple sec. Add lemon juice and top with ginger ale and garnish with squeezed lemon wedge and served in a highball glass cold.
