  1. Add scoop of ice cream to glass.

Baby Eskimo is drinkable watered down cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml coffee liqueur luxe brew and 50ml ice cream with 210ml milk and best when a coffee is needed. Just add scoop of ice cream to glass then pour in shot of coffee liqueur and add milk to glass and best served with coffee donut and served in a highball glass cold.
