  1. Pack ice into glass.
  2. Pour in nip of fine bourbon.
  3. Add tonic water.
  4. Splash bitters on top.
  5. Garnish with lemon.

BBT is yummy full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml bourbon kentucky gentleman and 10ml bitters with 60ml tonic water as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just pack ice into glass then pour in nip of fine bourbon and add tonic water. Splash bitters on top and garnish with lemon and served in a highball glass cold.
