B9 is pleasurable strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 15ml vodka and 15ml peach liqueur vedrenne with 70ml sparkling wine white and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just use chilled flute glass then pour in half a nip of vodka and add half a nip of peach liqueur. Pour in sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
