Method - Blended - Cold

Add ice to blender.
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until very smooth.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with lime.

Rum Angostura 7year - Angostura Rum 7year This rum is aged for a minimum of seven years in once used casks until it can be bottled and enjoyed to the full. This rum is packed with mouth watering flavours that include maple chocolate honey and toffee and presents a rich full bodied taste that tapers off in to the classic rum finish.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Avocado Syrup - Avocado pulp cooked with sugar and water and made into a thick avocado syrup.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lime - A lime is a hybrid citrus fruit which is typically round lime green 3 to 6 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles.

Avocado Daiquiri Frozen is flavoursome full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Blended with 60ml rum angostura 7year and 50ml avocado pulp with 30ml lime juice as well as 20ml avocado syrup including 80ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to blender then add all ingredients to blender and blend until very smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with lime and served in a poco grande glass cold.
