Aviation No 1 is stimulating very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 50ml gin martin miller and 15ml maraschino liqueur luxardo with 15ml violet liqueur massenez as well as 10ml lemon juice including 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients into bar shaker and quick shake to mix. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with maraschino cherry and served in a saucer glass cold.
