Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnished with cherry.

Aviation is gorgeous very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin dry archie rose and 15ml maraschino liqueur with 30ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and garnished with cherry and served in a saucer glass cold.
