Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
Vigorously shake.
Fine strain into glass.
Garnish with lemon thyme.

Whisky Scotch - Scotch whisky is malt whisky or grain whisky made in Scotland and Scotch whisky must be made in a manner specified by law knowen as The Scotch Whisky Regulations 2009.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Passion Fruit Syrup - Passion fruit flavor syrup made with passion fruit juice and sugar all cooked together until thick and full body flavour.

Ginger Syrup - Ginger flavor syrup made with ginger root and sugar all cooked togething until thick.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Thyme - Thyme is of the genus Thymus of aromatic perennial evergreen herbs in the family of Lamiaceae. Thymes are relatives of the oregano genus Origanum. They have culinary medicinal and ornamental uses the species most commonly cultivated and used for culinary purposes being Thymus vulgaris.

Avenue Scotch is revivifying strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml whisky scotch and 30ml lime juice with 15ml passion fruit syrup as well as 10ml ginger syrup including 100ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just add ice to shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and vigorously shake. Fine strain into glass and garnish with lemon thyme and served in a saucer glass cold.
