Avatar is delicious full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 15ml pear liqueur brillet and 15ml rhubarb liqueur studio with 70ml sparkling wine rose and best with an entree or small snack. Just cut cube of pear and add to glass then place a little pear liqueur into glass and add sparkling rose wine and sprinkle rhubarb liqueur on top and served in a flute glass cold.
