Passion Fruit Syrup - Passion fruit flavor syrup made with passion fruit juice and sugar all cooked together until thick and full body flavour.

Avalon Beach is refreshing mild cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin artemis and 20ml passion fruit syrup with 120ml water as well as 130ml ice and best at tea time. Just okace ice into goblet style glass then add in the nip of gin and pour i nthe cols water. Stir in the passionfruit syrup and served in a goblet glass cold.
