Avalon is thirst quenching full bodied cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum gold amber and 15ml sunrise lime juice with 15ml pineapple juice as well as 110ml sparkling wine white including 130ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice into large glass then pour in the shot of gold rum and add in the sunrise lime juice. Add the splash of pineapple juice and stir in the sparkling white wine and served in a goblet glass cold.
