Method
  1. Slice candied tangelo into strips.
  2. Add candy to shaker.
  3. Pour half the ice into shaker.
  4. Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
  5. Vigorously shake.
  6. Pour all into glass.
  7. Add more ice to glass.

Authentication is restoring quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml tangelo liqueur and 30ml tsipouro with 30ml tangelo juice as well as 100ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just slice candied tangelo into strips then add candy to shaker and pour half the ice into shaker. Add ingredients into shaker over ice and vigorously shake and pour all into glass then add more ice to glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
