Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with lemon peel.

Zirbenz Liqueur - Zirbenz stone pine liqueur is pine floral aroma liqueur made with the fruit of the Arolla Stone Pine found in the Alps.

Austrian Martini is flavourful heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin pink antidote and 15ml vermouth with 15ml zirbenz liqueur as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with lemon peel and served in a martini glass cold.
