Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.

Rum Gold Amber - Gold rum also called Amber rum are aged. These gain their dark colour from aging in wooden barrels.

Mango Liqueur - Mango flavor liqueur or Liqueur de Mangue.

Galliano - Galliano is a sweet herbal liqueur made with licorice and anisette flavour and with a light yellow color.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Australian Gold is invigorating very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum gold amber and 30ml mango liqueur with 30ml galliano as well as 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
