Method
  1. Place ice and sorbet into blender
  2. Pour in the desert wine.
  3. Blend until slurry smooth.
  4. Pour into glass.
  5. Top glass with sparkling wine.

Aussie Splice Grapefruit is skrumskakel medium cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Blended with 40ml wine dessert sweet and 50ml sorbet grapefruit with 90ml sparkling wine white as well as 60ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice and sorbet into blender then pour in the desert wine and blend until slurry smooth. Pour into glass and top glass with sparkling wine and served in a poco grande glass cold.
