Aurai is zalievanie ust watery cocktail with no alcohol. Stirred with 30ml kumquat and 20ml sugar with 240ml soda water mineral and served with or for breakfast. Just add a kumquat into glass then pour in the sugar and muddle well together. Stir in the mineral water and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
