Method
  1. Use chilled cold glass.
  2. Add scoop of papaya ice cream to glass.
  3. Pour rum over top.
  4. Add slices of papaya to glass.
  5. Pour safari liqueur over all.
  6. Serve with cocktail spoon.

Audrey is beguiling medium cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Layered with 15ml rum light white and 15ml papaya liqueur dekuyper with 60ml ice cream papaya and best with dessert type dishes. Just use chilled cold glass then add scoop of papaya ice cream to glass and pour rum over top. Add slices of papaya to glass and pour safari liqueur over all and serve with cocktail spoon and served in a saucer glass cold.
