Athena Nike is gorgeous watered down cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 150ml mead omphacomel and 100ml water hot and best with buffet style food. Just warm glass and water then add marjoram into glass and stir in the hot water. Add in the mead and served in a coffee glass warm.
