Method
  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Gently stir until mixed.

Aspiegel Bot is pleasant tasting quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml cloudberry liqueur and 30ml lychee liqueur with 30ml baijiu ming river as well as 20ml mandarin juice including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently stir until mixed. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
