Arthur is chutny very strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 45ml whiskey and 15ml soda water hemp with 100ml ice and had with salad dishes. Just pack ice into shot rocks glass then add in the whiskey and add splash of soda water and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
