Arena is heavenly strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 45ml whisky white rye archie rose and 30ml crabapple juice with 30ml crabapple and good with afternoon tea. Just roast and caramelize crabapples then warm glass and add caramelized crabapples to glass. Pour white whisky over warm crabapples and add warm juice over all and stir a little and serve with jelly baby and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
