Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into glass.
Add in the arak.
Pour in the grenadine.
Top glass with orange juice.

Arak Al Rayan - Al Rayan arak is prepared according to the traditions of choice Araks and is distilled using the finest grapes and flavored with natural aniseeds.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Grenadine - Grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. Its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Arak Sun is tasty full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml arak al rayan and 60ml orange juice with 10ml grenadine as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into glass then add in the arak and pour in the grenadine. Top glass with orange juice and served in a highball glass cold.
