Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice.
Add nip of arak to glass.
Pour in orange liqueur.
Add lemon juice.
Top with ginger soda.

Arak Buck is beguiling strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml arak hunter and 10ml orange liqueur bvland with 10ml lemon juice as well as 50ml ginger ale soda including 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just fill glass with ice then add nip of arak to glass and pour in orange liqueur. Add lemon juice and top with ginger soda and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
